My company is small and my aim is to supply you with an innovative collection of gifts made from up-cycled vintage welsh blankets and transforming them into contemporary products that you are delighted to have in your home today. All raw materials are sourced by me and all products are hand-crafted by me thus making each one personal, made with care and are sent from my home to yours.
All product lines featured on this website are available as one-offs and are not available to buy at any craft fairs, just from this website. Bespoke requests are welcome at any day, in person or via this website. I will endeavor not to repeat any product lines but cannot guarantee this is reliant upon customer requests. All prices are correct, inclusive of VAT at the current rate and I reserve the right to increase prices at any time.
Every effort has been made to ensure descriptions, photographs and descriptions of products are correct. I reserve the right to alter product descriptions without prior notice
PLACING AN ORDER
By placing an order with Clare Jenkins Vintage Textiles Ltd it will be deemed that you have read, understood and agreed with these terms and conditions. If you are unhappy with any aspect of these terms, then you should contact me before any order is placed either by telephone on016556 648696 or 07974 194794 or by email on firstname.lastname@example.org or by post using the address listed above.
When placing an order via this website you are making an offer to Clare Jenkins – Vintage Welsh Textiles to purchase the goods detailed in your order based upon the terms described in your order. Once you have placed an order I will send you a confirmation that your order has been received but this is not a confirmation that your offered purchase of goods has been accepted. A contract will only exist between you and Clare Jenkins – Vintage Welsh Textiles once an order has been accepted, processed and dispatched to you.
Prices and availability of goods are subject to change without notice.
YOUR RIGHT TO CANCEL
You may cancel your order for any reason up to the point of dispatch unless I am making a bespoke product specifically for you. If you do cancel the contract within this time any payments made by you will be refunded within 14 days.

I accept online payment in a secure environment and currently accept Paypal.
All products must be paid for in full before any products will be despatched.
All prices quoted on this website are accurate at the time of going live and are quoted in pounds sterling (£.
All products listed on this website are available to purchase as one off items or as bespoke requests. I am unable to guarantee that some products will be repeated in the future e.g. at craft fairs and other such events. Every bespoke item is handmade and may have subtle differences thus making each item unique, you will need to bear this in mind when selecting your purchase.
Despite my best efforts to make and deliver a beautiful gift from the vintage Welsh textiles for you, I understand that a situation may occur where the delivered product may not be quite what you wanted or anticipated to receive. If this is the case please let me know by phone or email within seven days of receipt and post them back to me within fourteen days of receipt. I will be happy to make an exchange or refund, providing the goods are returned in perfect condition and in their original packaging.
In the event of goods being damaged on receipt, you must contact me within seven days of receipt and should be returned to the above address within fourteen days of receipt in the same condition in which they were received. Please do not use and products when damaged or this may be construed as acceptance in the aforementioned condition. Before I am able to replace goods or generate a refund, I will need to investigate the nature of the damage in due course.
Postage and packaging fees will be reimbursed for justified damage claims.
You will receive a receipt and a separate delivery and returns form with your goods. Please complete the returns form stating the reason for your return. All comments are welcomed.
I recommend you obtain a proof of posting from the post office as I cannot accept responsibility for parcels lost in transit.
